Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database provided.

  • Explain real estate projects, amenities, pricing, and location details clearly and persuasively.

  • Schedule site visits or follow-up calls for interested clients.

  • Maintain and update client records and call logs.

  • Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or objections professionally.

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for seamless client follow-ups.
