Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function by identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent to support the company’s growth, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
·         Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
·         Forecast hiring needs based on manpower planning and business requirements.
·         Align talent acquisition plans with organizational growth and expansion strategies.
 2. Recruitment Operations
·         Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
·         Use various sourcing techniques including headhunting, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
·         Coordinate with department heads to understand role specifications and candidate fitment. 
3. Employer Branding
·         Promote as an employer of choice through effective employer branding strategies.
·         Represent the company at job fairs, industry meets, and campus events to attract top talent.
4. Stakeholder Management
·         Liaise with senior management and project heads to understand hiring needs.
·         Partner with external recruitment agencies and consultants for niche or volume hiring.
5. Systems and Reporting
·         Maintain and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment dashboards.
·         Provide periodic reports and analytics on recruitment metrics – time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.
6. Compliance & Process Excellence
·         Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
·         Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes and candidate experience.
 Key Skills and Competencies:
·         Strong understanding of real estate hiring landscape.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·         Proficiency in modern recruitment tools, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri, and ATS platforms.
·         Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
·         Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
·         Ability to understand project lifecycle and workforce planning.
Educational Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institute.
