Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, policy management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities

Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks

Oversee performance appraisal, goal setting, and training coordination

Manage leave, attendance, and payroll coordination

Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and workplace safety

Prepare HR reports, handle documentation, and support retention strategies
