Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, policy management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities

  • Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks

  • Oversee performance appraisal, goal setting, and training coordination

  • Manage leave, attendance, and payroll coordination

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and workplace safety

  • Prepare HR reports, handle documentation, and support retention strategies


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of HR software/tools

  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Experience in employee engagement and performance management
