Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in production planning within a textile weaving company. The role requires strong coordination, planning, and execution skills to ensure seamless production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

• Coordinate with the weaving department, stores, and procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials

• Monitor and update production status reports, ensuring adherence to deadlines

• Track order progress and handle any delays or deviations from the plan

• Ensure effective utilization of machines, manpower, and resources

• Maintain production data for analysis and continuous improvement

• Communicate regularly with the factory team and management for smooth operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or B.E. in Textile Engineering

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in production planning specifically in a textile weaving company

• Good knowledge of production processes, planning tools, and ERP systems

• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
