Celonis Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Celonis Developer to design, implement, and optimize process mining solutions using the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS). The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to extract insights, identify process inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement across business operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop process mining solutions using Celonis EMS, including PQL queries, dashboards, and action flows.
2. Analyze complex business processes by integrating and modeling data from ERP/CRM systems like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.
3. Design and implement KPIs, process visualizations, and automation features in the Celonis platform.
4. Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Perform data validation, transformation, and integration using ETL pipelines or Celonis Data Integration tools.
6. Create documentation and provide training/support to stakeholders and end-users.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS, including PQL, Views, and Studio components.
3. Strong understanding of business process management and process mining principles.
4. Experience in data modeling, SQL, and integrating enterprise data sources.
5. Familiarity with tools like Celonis IBC, Snap, and EMS Workflows.
6. Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance within the Celonis environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle) and related data structures.
2. Scripting knowledge in Python or automation tools (e.g., Action Flows or Bots).
3. Exposure to RPA, AI/ML integrations, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
4. Good understanding of KPIs, compliance checks, and operational excellence metrics.
