Job Description:

      Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach veterinarians, grooming salons, freelance pet groomers, and pet clinics.
  • Handle all stages of onboarding
  • Explain the app and partnership model
  • Collect KYC documents
  • Assist with app download and profile creation
  • Conduct basic usage training
  • Own ongoing relationships — solve issues, collect feedback, and keep providers active.
  • Track onboarding metrics and provider performance — report to the ops team weekly.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in healthtech, edtech, SaaS, or B2B startups).
  • Experience onboarding vendors, service providers, or clinics is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi + English required).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets.
  • Basic tech aptitude — can learn and explain mobile apps easily.
