Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach veterinarians, grooming salons, freelance pet groomers, and pet clinics.
- Handle all stages of onboarding
- Explain the app and partnership model
- Collect KYC documents
- Assist with app download and profile creation
- Conduct basic usage training
- Own ongoing relationships — solve issues, collect feedback, and keep providers active.
- Track onboarding metrics and provider performance — report to the ops team weekly.
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in healthtech, edtech, SaaS, or B2B startups).
- Experience onboarding vendors, service providers, or clinics is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi + English required).
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets.
- Basic tech aptitude — can learn and explain mobile apps easily.
