Role Overview:
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our B2B client portfolio, driving revenue through tailored corporate gifting solutions, and supporting the overall sales strategy. You’ll work closely with marketing, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure exceptional service and delivery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients, including corporate houses, agencies, and institutional buyers.

Manage and grow existing client relationships through consistent communication and personalized service.

Pitch and present customized corporate gifting solutions based on client requirements and budgets.

Collaborate with product and sourcing teams to develop relevant proposals and quotations.

Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Track sales pipelines, generate reports, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with industry trends, seasonal gifting opportunities, and competitor offerings.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications:

3–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional products, or event services.

Strong understanding of sales cycles, account management, and client servicing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
