Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Sales & Marketing of Terminal Blocks, Relay Modules and other panel accessories either
directly to panel builders or through dealers.
● Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their
requirements.
● Providing techno-commercial solutions, independently handling sales enquiries, and
negotiating orders and responsible for executing till payment.
● Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets the client's needs.
● Meeting monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
● Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members.
● Able to travel throughout sales territory.
Required Candidate profile:
● DEGREE in Electrical/Instrumentation / Electronics
● Should have capabilities of team building and management.
● Young and energetic with a flair for Sales & Marketing and willing to travel extensively.
● Having relevant experience in direct Sales / Marketing of Industrial products preferably in
Switchgear, Automation and Instrumentation & Control.
● Candidates having experience in selling Terminal Blocks Sensors, PLC, Relays, Relay
Modules, Solar Terminals, Current Transformers, controllers, servo motors, and drives
shall be preferred.
● Candidates having experience in OEM sales and channels shall be preferred.
● Must have excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
