Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and
grow our sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership
abilities, a proven sales track record, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (MBA preferred).
● 12+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role.
● Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
● Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
