Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate with buyers and update them on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines

  • Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents

  • Maintain follow-up with clients and convert inquiries into orders

  • Coordinate with the logistics and export team to ensure timely dispatch of goods

  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG, grocery, or export)

  • Knowledge of export documentation and procedures is a plus

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
