In-House Sales Executive
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with buyers and update them on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines

Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents

Maintain follow-up with clients and convert inquiries into orders

Coordinate with the logistics and export team to ensure timely dispatch of goods

Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.
Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG, grocery, or export)

Knowledge of export documentation and procedures is a plus

Good communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
