DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES)
1. Manage & guide the shift supervisors of department in achieving plans
2. Keep a record of activity planned & achieved during shift
3. Ensure preventive maintenance plan is adhered to or not
4. Manpower management
5. Ensure delivery of quality products from production line.
6. Ensure safety of personnel & assets during shift
7. Organise timely QC inspection
8. Maintaining all the records and details related to production, maintenance &
logistics.
