Position:          Shift Engineer - Maintenance

Location:          Vapi

Experience:      2 - 3  Years

Industries:       Pharma - API

Responsibilities:

• Execution of routine maintenance activities.
• Check utility daily Log sheet.
• Carry out all the maintenance activities as per given plan and record it.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of all the equipment and record it.
• Ensure smooth operation of utility equipment’s.
• Check the calibration of instruments as per the plan and test certificate it.
• Routine shift work.
• Good engineering practice to be follow.
• Carry out the proper maintenance work of equipment.
• Provide specific job trainings operation and preventive maintenance to the concerned personnel within the factory
• Maintain cGMP in the department and its related documentation.
• Ensure All type of work with proper safety.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the department.
• Preparation of SOPs.
• Organize the training of U&M dept. as per Training Calendar and record of training documents maintain.
• Handling of Nichelon 5 Software.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 3.50  LPA
