Job Title: Assistant Manager of Logistics, Extrusion and Fabrication

Division/Department: Upvc Door andwindow QA Work

Location: Kanpur -UP

Total Work Experience: 05-08 Years Age /

Gender Preference (if any): 25- 35 years+ / Male

Travel Required: Yes Reports to (Title of Manager): General manager

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

B.Com graduate /BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering/Manufacturing Technology

OTHER PROFESSIONAL COURSES/CERTIFICATION (if required):
1. SAP and ISO
2. IT
DUTIES :
1. Inventory Management: Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times estimated delivery to installation and sites
2. Preparation of material requirements
3. Inventory ageing & Review physical inventories periodically.
4. Sharing monthly MI for material availability and OTM.
5. Co-ordination of Container Loading, unloading activity, Transportation – Freight Analysis.
6. Handling Store about material Inward and material issue to production
7. Inform the planning department well in advance about the items that reach the reorder level.
8. Responsible for materials & documents checking as per P.O.t erms & conditions, physically checking & verification of the quantity and specifications as per challan/invoice.
9. Daily, Weekly & monthly reports on stock and alerts regarding materials in stock
10. Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.
11. Check incoming materials for quality and quantity against invoices, packing slips, bills or other documents
