EDM Wirecut Machine Operator
Job Description:

Setup and Operation:Setting up and operating EDM machines, including wire EDM and sinker EDM, to cut and shape metal components.

Programming:Utilizing CAD/CAM software and potentially G-code programming for wired EDM machines.

Monitoring and Inspection:Monitoring the machining process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and inspecting finished parts for quality.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting any issues with the EDM machines.

Documentation:Recording production data, machine performance metrics, and other relevant information.

Collaboration:Working with engineers, designers, and other team members to resolve machining challenges and improve processes.

Quality Control:Ensuring that all operations meet the company's quality standards
