Manager/ Deputy Manager Insurance Distribution Hyderabad
Job Description:
Build a strong relationship with the Wheels teams DM’s & ABM’s & Retail Branch
team and work along with them to ensure target achievement.
o Drive partner insurance sales team through regular engagement with Branch ranch
staff.
o Regular review & tracking of team performance.
o Building MMFSL team’s capability through regular training interventions with the
help of the partner insurers.
o To organize various sales campaign, product launches, etc. at Branches level.
o Ensuring adherence to end to end business process within the specified timelines.
o Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
o Ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances
of adverse customer experience.
3: Key Objective (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the positions)
o To achieve the overall organization goal in regards to generating Revenue, providing
necessary support and service to the concerned team to provide adequate support to
protect the customer, their asset and their financials
4: Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on
which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job
procedures to be followed).
o The official need to discuss with his/her reporting manager and HOD before taking
any decision in regards to business, claims and other related support. Need to
adhere to the various process of the organization mandatorily.
