Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Human Resources Manager to oversee and harmonize HR practices across our international locations. This role is responsible for developing global HR strategies, managing employee relations in multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations, and fostering a strong and consistent organizational culture worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on people and culture matters.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives across regions.
  1. Compliance & Risk Mitigation
  • Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local, regional, and global laws.
  • Oversee audits and compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, EEO, wage & hour laws, etc.).
  1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Partner with global recruitment teams to manage international hiring needs.
  • Forecast workforce requirements, identify gaps, and develop talent pipelines.
  1. Performance Management & Development
  • Oversee global performance appraisal processes and learning & development strategies.
  • Identify leadership development and succession planning opportunities.
  1. Compensation, Benefits & Mobility
  • Collaborate with Finance and regional HR to design equitable compensation and benefit structures.
  • Oversee global mobility, relocation, and expatriate programs.
  1. Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Drive employee engagement programs and global employee surveys.
  • Support DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) efforts and foster inclusive team culture.
  1. HR Technology & Data Analytics
  • Manage global HRIS systems and leverage HR analytics for decision-making.
  • Monitor global HR KPIs and produce executive reports.

Skills & Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a global HR leadership role.
  • Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.

  • Global HR Knowledge: Deep understanding of global labour laws, HR trends, and international employment standards.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align people strategies with business priorities and execute at a global scale.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with diverse, cross-cultural teams.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading HR teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to lead multiple global initiatives.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret HR data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and culturally diverse environments.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with global HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR), Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom).

Preferred Certifications

  • SHRM-SCP, GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources), CIPD, or similar.
