Interior Project Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and site requirements.

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities including finishing work, civil & interior structures.

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor the performance of contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure timely execution of work as per the defined timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure design intent is followed.

• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Manage procurement and inventory of materials required on site.

• Handle escalations, solve on-ground problems, and provide efficient project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fit-out, structural execution, and project management.

• Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and finishing standards.

• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project reporting tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
