Interior Project Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and site requirements.

Manage and supervise all on-site activities including finishing work, civil & interior structures.

Lead, coordinate, and monitor the performance of contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure timely execution of work as per the defined timeline, budget, and quality standards.
-
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
-
Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure design intent is followed.

Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
-
Manage procurement and inventory of materials required on site.
-
Handle escalations, solve on-ground problems, and provide efficient project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fit-out, structural execution, and project management.

Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and finishing standards.

Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project reporting tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
