Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the Fabric Protection and Stone Care divisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the interior design, construction, and home services industries, with a specific focus on architects, interior designers, and contractors. This role will concentrate on introducing our Vetro Power Fabric Protector and Faber Stone Care products to these stakeholders, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a tailored sales and marketing strategy targeting Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and related stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.
•Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, introducing Zyax Chem’s portfolio of products and solutions to new and existing clients.
•Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on high-value customers in the architectural, interior design, and construction projects vertical.
•Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
•Collaborate with internal teams to align product development, pricing strategies, and promotions with market demands.
•Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.
•Continuously assess the performance of sales and marketing strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualification:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
•A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the interior design, construction, or related industries.
•Proven experience working with Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors.
•Strong track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
