Job Description:

Position:          Maintenance Manager

Location:         Daman

Experience:      6 - 12 Years

Industries:       Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment (e.g., extruders, injection molding machines, blow molding machines).
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic failures during production.
• Manage and guide a team of technicians, electricians, and fitters.
• Schedule shifts and ensure optimal manpower availability.
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with purchase department for timely procurement of tools and parts.
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and compliance records.
• Ensure all machinery meets safety and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
• Oversee maintenance of utilities like compressors, chillers, cooling towers, generators, and water systems.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment upgrades.
• Optimize maintenance costs and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Ensure machinery and work environment meet safety regulations.
• Implement lockout/tagout procedures, emergency protocols, etc.
• Suggest improvements for equipment reliability, efficiency, and production uptime.

Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
