Job Title: Manager – HR & Administration

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra
Industry: Pharmaceuticals (Preferred)
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
CTC Range: ₹4.00 – ₹5.00 LPA


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Manager to oversee the complete spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, recruitment, payroll, and administrative management, preferably in the Pharma or manufacturing sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Handle payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

  • Prepare and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.

  • Organize training & development sessions and employee engagement activities.

  • Conduct performance appraisals and maintain HR records.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.

Administration:

  • Supervise facility management, office supplies, housekeeping, and security.

  • Maintain and manage company assets, vendor coordination, and AMC contracts.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations.

  • Oversee transportation, travel bookings, canteen, and admin support services.

  • Maintain administrative cost control and budgeting.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in the Pharma, Chemical, or Manufacturing sector (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of HRMS tools, MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with labor laws, factory rules, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration

  • MBA (HR) or relevant certification preferred
