Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra
Industry: Pharmaceutical 
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
CTC Range: ₹2.15 – ₹3.00 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Senior HR Executive with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, who can independently handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions.

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.

• Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

• Ensure timely and accurate PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.

• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and HR documentation.

• Support in performance appraisal process and employee engagement initiatives.

• Handle grievance redressal and coordinate with management on employee issues.

• Support the HR Manager in audits, policy implementation, and daily HR tasks.

• Coordinate with training departments and assist in skill development programs.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR operations in a pharma setup

• Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

• Experience using MS Excel, HRMS, or ERP systems

• Good communication, interpersonal, and team-handling skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration

• MBA in HR or equivalent preferred
