Job Description:

Position:          Sr. Manager - Maintenance (Sachin)

Location:         Surat - Sachin 

Experience:      15 - 20 Years

Industries:       Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

• Ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment availability for production.
• Implement and maintain a robust Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Drive reliability initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic equipment failures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize costs without compromising availability.
• Plan and execute capital and revamp projects including new plant setups, debottlenecking, and capacity expansion.
• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and resource plans; ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders during all project phases.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance and project activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations (such as OSHA, ISO, GPCB, etc.).
• Conduct regular audits and inspections; implement corrective/preventive actions as required.
• Collaborate with EHS and production teams to ensure smooth and safe plant operations.
