🎯 Job Overview:
Udharaa is looking for a dynamic Creative Media Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating viral AI-powered videos, producing podcast content, managing social media platforms, and executing high-conversion Google Ads campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping and amplifying Udharaa’s digital presence.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Video Creation:
Create engaging, share-worthy video content using AI tools and platforms.
Podcast Production:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality podcast episodes that align with the brand voice and values.
Social Media Management:
Strategically manage and grow Udharaa’s presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including content calendars, audience engagement, and trend monitoring.
Video Editing & Publishing:
Edit, enhance, and publish short-form and long-form video content with professional-grade quality for web and social channels.
Google Ads Management:
Plan and execute performance-driven Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Content Optimization:
Ensure all media is aligned with Udharaa’s branding and digital strategy, using SEO and data analytics to maximize impact.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in creating viral digital content using AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.)
Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
Experience with podcast production tools and formats
Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and performance marketing
Strong storytelling and visual communication abilities
Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and trendspotting
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
💼 Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with influencer collaboration or UGC content
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
