Job Description:

Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing and stakeholder
engagement efforts for our Wayside Amenities Project. This role involves promoting highway-side
facilities, coordinating with agencies and prospective partners, and acting as the central
communication point across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Coordinate with marketing and branding agencies to create visibility and generate buzz in
the market about the Wayside Amenities Project.
2. Approach and engage with companies interested in setting up operations at our amenities
sites (F&B, retail, fuel, EV, etc.), serve as the initial point of contact, and facilitate meetings
with the company’s directors.
3. Act as the nodal officer within the company for all sites under the Wayside Amenities
Project, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and issue resolution across internal
teams and external stakeholders.
4. Plan and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote services such as rest areas,
restaurants, fueling stations, EV charging, and convenience stores.
5. Develop partnerships with local businesses, transport/logistics players, and national retail
chains.
6. Execute digital and on-ground promotional campaigns to drive visibility and footfall.
7. Support branding and signage execution at each site, ensuring compliance with NHAI and
local guidelines.
8. Organize launch events, site visits, and public engagement activities.
9. Prepare marketing collaterals including presentations, brochures, banners, and social media
creatives.
10. Monitor campaign effectiveness and footfall trends; suggest data-backed improvements.

 

 

Qualifications & Skills:


 MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure, hospitality, retail, or highway projects.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
