Job Description:

• Boiler Production Manager:

  This refers to a role within a manufacturing or industrial setting responsible for overseeing the production and operation of boilers. This typically involves managing staff, ensuring safety protocols, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining equipment. Key responsibilities often include scheduling, quality control, maintenance, and adherence to regulatory standards.

   

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning and Scheduling:

    Creating and managing production schedules, allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials), and ensuring timely completion of tasks. 

     

   
• Resource Management:

  Overseeing the procurement of materials, managing inventory, and optimizing the use of equipment and personnel. 

   
• Quality Control:

  Establishing and enforcing quality control standards, monitoring production processes, and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality. 

   
• Team Leadership and Management:

  Leading, motivating, and developing production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 

   
• Safety Compliance:
