Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to perform tasks such as sticker labeling, box sealing, damage inspection, and product wrapping.

• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of machines throughout the production shift.

• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area in accordance with healthcare hygiene standards.

• Conduct visual inspections of products to identify defects or quality issues.

• Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and industry compliance protocols.

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in packaging operations or a similar machinery-based role.

• Basic understanding of packaging processes and mechanical equipment.

• Ability to detect packaging defects and maintain consistent quality control.

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical packaging industry.

• Familiarity with conveyor belt systems and packaging automation tools.

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
