Job Description:

• Machine Operation:

  • Operate various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Set up, adjust, and monitor machine parameters to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines.

• Assembly and Fitting :

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

  • Assemble and fit mechanical components and systems with precision.

  • Ensure proper alignment and functionality of assembled parts.

• Quality Control:

  • Conduct routine quality inspections of products at various stages of production.

  • Identify and report any defective products or machinery issues to the supervisor.

  • Make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment (e.g., cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments).

  • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues.

  • Report major machine faults or breakdowns to the maintenance department.
