Territory Manager- Machinery Loans-Mumbai/Ahmedabad
Job Description:

Business Development & Sales:
-
Identify and onboard potential customers (MSMEs, manufacturers, traders, etc.) for machinery loans.

Achieve disbursement targets for machinery loans in the assigned territory.

Promote loan products for both new and used industrial/commercial machinery.
-
Drive cross-selling opportunities (insurance, working capital loans, etc.).

Channel/Dealer Management:
-
Build strong relationships with equipment dealers, OEMs, and DSA/Connectors.
-
Ensure regular engagement with channel partners for consistent lead flow.
-
Conduct training and motivation sessions for dealer sales teams.
-

Credit & Risk Assessment:
-
Perform preliminary credit assessment of potential borrowers.
-
Coordinate with credit team for appraisal and disbursement processes.
-
Ensure adherence to lending policies and mitigate risk.

Customer Relationship Management:
-
Provide end-to-end customer support during the loan lifecycle.
-
Resolve queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
-
Ensure timely collection of documents and post-disbursement formalities.

Market Intelligence:
-
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Share insights to improve product competitiveness.
