Job Overview:

We are looking for a tech-savvy Sales Analyst with strong communication skills and a background in data scrubbing, lead generation, and market research. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Python and other data scraping tools, fluent in English, and capable of engaging with global clients. This role will support both lead generation and research delivery to accelerate business growth and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Scrub and extract potential client data from platforms such as LinkedIn, company databases, and public directories.
  • Use automation tools and scripts (e.g., Python, web scraping) to streamline lead identification.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Draft and share tailored market research proposals and scope documents based on discussions.

2. Market Research Support

  • Identify and extract relevant data for market analysis and client requirements.
  • Organize and structure insights in Excel or dashboards aligned to specific briefs.
  • Support in creating thought leadership materials using structured insights and trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy and relevance throughout the research lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, lead generation, or market research.
  • Proficiency in Python and use of scraping tools or APIs for data collection.
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, etc.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to structure raw data into usable formats.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Prior experience in consulting, B2B sales, or market intelligence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal documentation.
