Job Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 1 to 5 years of experience in Node.js and
React.js to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both
frontend and backend development, implementing new features, modifying existing
functionalities, and managing AWS server tasks.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop, test, and deploy new functionalities for the Udharaa platform.
 Enhance and modify existing website features to improve performance and user
experience.
 Adjust UI/UX elements, including color coding to align with brand guidelines.
 Manage and maintain the AWS server environment, including connecting to the
server and accessing files.
 Perform code testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth
deployment.
 Coordinate with the product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 Ensure timely delivery of production-ready features.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 1–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
 Strong proficiency in React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
 Experience with AWS server management and deployment.
 Knowledge of Git version control.
 Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices.
 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance and server-related issues.
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
 Familiarity with REST APIs and database management (MySQL/MongoDB).
 Experience in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
