Job Description:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Determining the most suitable recruitment channels for each role.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Interviewing & Selection:
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Conducting interviews (phone, video, in-person) to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Performing reference and background checks.
4. Offer & Onboarding:
- Extending job offers and managing the negotiation process.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensuring new employees are integrated into the company culture.
5. Other Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records.
- Providing regular reports on hiring metrics.
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives.
- Staying updated on labor legislation and recruitment trends.
