Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven In-House Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels. You will work collaboratively with internal departments to support campaigns, content creation, and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, SEO, etc.)

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Manage the company’s social media presence, including content planning and performance tracking.

• Create and optimize marketing content (blogs, newsletters, landing pages, brochures, etc.)

• Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Assist in planning and promoting events, webinars, or product launches.

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.

• Stay current with marketing trends and competitive landscape.
