We are looking for a creative Social Media content writer/Digital marketer (AM level) to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong grasp of social media trends, brand storytelling, and platform-specific content strategies. This role requires a
sharp eye for copy, the ability to craft compelling narratives, and hands-on experience in creating engaging content that drives
awareness, engagement, and brand affinity across digital channels.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms.
• Manage end-to-end social media channels, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, monitoring, and
performance reporting.
• Create compelling, on-brand content tailored to platform-specific formats and audience segments across LinkedIn,
Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to maintain brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual
identity.
• Lead the development of innovative content formats — including reels, carousels, live sessions, and interactive
features — to drive engagement.
• Use data and analytics tools to track engagement, define audience insights, and refine content strategies and posting
schedules.
• Stay updated on evolving platform algorithms, social media trends, new tools/technologies and competitor activity to
ensure strategy relevance.
• Manage community engagement, ensuring timely and appropriate responses across platforms to enhance user
experience and brand affinity.
Mandatory skills:
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with an eye for copy and visual detail.
• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, and new technologies.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Additional skills
• Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), with a focus on RoI-driven performance and
optimization.
• Align social media efforts with SEO, website goals, and landing page strategies for cohesive digital impact.
• ORM tracking via listening tools such as Meltwater, Sprinklr, Brandwatch
