Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.

  • Route calls efficiently to appropriate departments and personnel.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in compliance with security protocols.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier services and maintain relevant records.

  • Coordinate basic administrative tasks such as office supply management and meeting room scheduling.

  • Provide general support to ensure a professional and organized office environment.

  • Represent the organization in a courteous and professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Pleasant personality with a customer-service orientation.
