Job Description:
Quality Inspection and Auditing:
Freshers may assist in inspecting and auditing incoming shipments of spices to verify their quality against defined standards. This can involve visual checks for defects, contamination, or foreign materials, as well as physical checks for moisture content, color, and aroma
Quality Testing:
Freshers might participate in basic quality tests, such as using testing equipment to measure parameters like moisture, ash content, or volatile oil content

Record Keeping and Documentation:Accurate record-keeping of inspection results, test data, and other relevant information is crucial. Freshers may be responsible for maintaining these records and ensuring they are properly documented.Supporting Senior Team Members:Freshers will work under the guidance of experienced quality control personnel, assisting them in various tasks such as preparing samples for testing, maintaining laboratory equipment, and supporting quality auditsLearning About Food Safety and GMP:
Fresher roles provide an opportunity to learn about food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), which are essential for maintaining quality and safety in the food industry. Freshers may participate in training sessions and gain practical experience in adhering to these standards.
