Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to ensure customer satisfaction and team performance.

Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables.

Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance.

Prepare and present reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to optimize regional campaigns.

Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations efficiently.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

4+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a team leadership role.

Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
