📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the complete accounting function for LG's authorized distribution operations. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a distribution, trading, or retail environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate ledger entries, journals, and balance sheets

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash

• File GST, TDS, and assist with statutory compliances

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits

• Monitor and analyze accounting data for process improvement

• Maintain inventory-related financial records

• Use of accounting software (Tally or equivalent) effectively

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in accounting

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, taxation, and audit

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Experience in a distributor or trading business preferred
