Job Description:
A Virtual Relationship Manager is a professional responsible for fostering and managing relationships with mapped
branches in a virtual environment. They play a crucial role in ensuring employee satisfaction, understanding their
needs, and providing excellent virtual assistance.
To engage regularly with the identified branch stake holders and provide a Consistent & Superior
Experience. Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood
and met through within agreed timelines.
To enhance Customer Relationships & amp; while doing so, Educate, Encourage & amp; Induce
the customers to use online mediums for registering their complaints & concerns and talk to us
whenever their requests go unheard.
Responsible for meeting the scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks set and that all
guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. So that the VRM becomes the top-of-the-
mind recall amongst the customers.
Continuous engagement with the mapped branches, with accurate & complete capture of
interaction details.
Call handling as per defined standards.
Accurate logging and resolution of complaints.
Regular interactions with the customers and proactively assessing customer needs.
Adherence to set processes of updating customer interactions in CRM
