HR Executive
Job Description:
The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, on boarding, payroll
processing, employee engagement, and administrative activities. The role involves
identifying and partnering with recruitment agencies, ensuring a smooth hiring process,
managing joining formalities, payroll, appraisals, and HR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Identify, reach out to, and partner with new recruitment agencies to expand the
talent pool, negotiate terms, and ensure efficient hiring processes.
Understand job requirements and source relevant profiles from job portals, social
networks, references, consultants, or local newspapers.
Review, evaluate, and shortlist profiles.
Conduct telephonic screening interviews to assess candidates' communication skills,
educational eligibility, interests, availability, and salary expectations.
Manage mass recruitment processes across multiple locations (PAN India).
Collect and maintain records of rent agreements across all locations (PAN India).
Candidate should have knowledge of LinkedIn and be able to work proficiently
on the platform for sourcing and outreach.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
2+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
