Job Description:
Role Description:
-Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
-Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed
- Preparing Quotation, Performa Invoice
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
-Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
-Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
-Preparing Quotations - Sale, Hiring & Export and Mailing the same to the clients
-Entries of Exhibition records in Excel with scanning in hard disk
-Updating of quotation to management
=Filling the Enquiries slips
=Handling written communication via email
Key skills:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated
- Any graduate Bachelors’ degree in Arts / Commerce / Science
Experience : Min 5yrs in relevant industry
Package : - Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 27,000/- p.m
Location: Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai)
