Job Description

Provide complete handholding support to new exporters and importers.

Manage Export–Import documentation (Pre & Post Shipment).

Handle DGFT and Customs assignments related to EXIM operations.

Oversee EXIM operations and documentation management.

Maintain effective coordination and communication with EXIM customers.

Develop, guide, and manage a team of individual contributors.
Key Skills & Experience Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sound knowledge of FTP/DGFT and Customs regulations.

Excellent commercial acumen, analytical ability, and administrative skills.

Genuine interest in building a career in Export–Import operations.

Proficient in MS Office, internet-savvy, and self-driven.

Must have 4–6 years of experience in DGFT and Export–Import logistics/customs operations.

Should have independently handled schemes such as EPCG, Advance Authorisations, AEO, Merchanting Trade, TRQ, RoDTEP, MOOWR, etc., on an end-to-end basis.
