Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients within [primary care/specialty] settings. The NP will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines.

• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients and families.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate care across settings.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP, AGNP, ACNP, PMHNP, PNP, WHNP, etc.) from a recognized certifying body.

• Active, unrestricted state license to practice as an NP.
