Officer - QA & QC

• Conduct daily First Piece Approval (FPA) and routine in-process inspection of raw materials and finished products.

• Prepare and maintain daily MIS (Management Information System) reports for the assigned area.

• Ensure timely documentation and clearance for production approvals in coordination with the production and QA teams.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with internal standards and SOPs.

• Assist in root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective actions for quality-related issues.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution.

• Support internal audits and documentation reviews as required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Sound knowledge of basic mechanical and manufacturing concepts.

• Familiarity with plastic components and processes is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic data entry for reporting.

• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in shifts
