About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic F&B Executive / Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, ensure high standards of food and service, and drive guest satisfaction while optimizing financial performance. This role involves team leadership, quality control, and operational planning.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee dining area and supervise F&B service staff.

Maintain quality of food presentation, hygiene, and service standards.

Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, and supplier orders.

Plan and execute regular and special event menus.

Train, coach, and motivate team members for performance improvement.

Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs.

Monitor POS, inventory, and guest satisfaction systems.
Requirements

Degree, high school, or diploma in Hotel Management.

1+ year of experience in managing F&B operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in POS, inventory, and restaurant management software.

Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude.
