Job Description:

Project Coordinator:

 Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any course.

 Minimum of 2 year of experience in related to documentation or project related
experience.

 Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Project Documentation – Preparing, organizing, and maintaining project records and reports.

  • Coordination & Follow-ups – Liaising between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Scheduling & Planning – Assisting in project timelines, milestones, and task allocations.

  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with stakeholders.

  • MS Office Proficiency – Strong in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus.

  • Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in reports, documentation, and project tracking.

  • Problem-Solving – Ability to identify issues and assist in finding practical solutions.

  • Time Management – Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks under deadlines.

  • Team Collaboration – Working effectively with different departments to achieve project goals.

  • Adaptability – Able to handle changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
