Job Description:

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and coordinating all international import and export operations, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, timely documentation, and smooth logistics to meet company and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end import and export procedures, including documentation, licensing, and compliance.

• Coordinate with international suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

• Negotiate freight rates and shipping schedules with logistics partners.

• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or disputes.

• Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.

• Stay updated on international trade laws, customs regulations, and tariffs.

• Manage Letters of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading, and other financial/trade documentation.

• Collaborate with internal departments like sales, accounts, and production for smooth operations.

• Track and analyze costs, and suggest cost-saving measures in logistics.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures.

• Experience with customs clearance, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus).
