Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment processes, manage onboarding programs, and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance employee engagement and capability building. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure, for all levels and functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver quality hires within timelines.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
• Onboarding:
  • Design and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Monitor and improve onboarding experience through feedback and continuous improvements.
• Learning Management System (LMS):
  • Manage and maintain the LMS platform for employee training and development.
  • Coordinate with department heads to create and assign training modules.
  • Track, analyze, and report on training completion and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration; MBA in HR preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to onboarding and LMS management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in ATS, HRMS, and LMS tools.
