Manager-Projects

Job Description:

We are looking for a “Manager-Projects” for our Ahmednagar factory. Candidate will report to the Head of
the Department.

Responsibilities include:

1. Need to handle Sugar Projects domestically & internationally.
2. Undertaking New Sugar Plants, Expansions & Modernisations.
3. Reading and guiding in General and Fabrication drawings.
4. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
5. Preparation of project schedules & project planning, Shipping Schedule and Erection Schedule in EXCEL/MS
Projects Software
6. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
7. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
8. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
9. Detail-orientation, organizing with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects.
10. Continuous communication with engineers and outside customers.
11. Running a team of engineers efficiently.
12. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
13. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
14. Handling progress review meetings, Technical meetings & site visits.
15. Preparing the progress reports of the project, complete documentation, and monitor site work.

We are looking for:
1. Candidate having experience in sugar industry will be preferred.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, Internet).
4. Team spirit, good work ethic and high integrity (we do a thorough background check).
