Job Description:

 Position:          Sales Coordinator

Location:           Ahmedabad

Experience:      2 - 3 Years

Industries:       Chemical

Responsibilities:        

• Coordinate for Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly data , arrange it in required formats and keep it ready for presentations and discussions.
• Take data ownership – storage and presentation as required, maintain up to date master data and commercial records.
• Archive old or obsolete data files with proper versioning.
• Follow up with sales team- each person for pending updates on all reporting aspects and ensure that their data is ready in the required format.
• Conduct weekly score-card calls about the timely reporting from sales team.
• Support trade show planning and marketing efforts including SM marketing.
• Sales Funnel Maintenance – ensure that the sale team is working on the sales.
• funnels and maintain sales funnel for fortnightly discussions.
• Prepare weekly internal memos, presentations for key meetings, and management PDF reports.
• Assist the BU Head for day to day activities and other exigent work.

Required Skills:

• Above average skills in MS Excel (Pivot, slicer, V-lookups etc), Power point.
• Word and other office tools , ability to understand numbers/data.
• Good Communication skills, languages English, Hindi, Gujarati will eb added advantage.
• Self-Driven; Self Motivated, ability to work in a team environment with strong focus on target achievement.
• Fresher with above skill set may also be cosidered.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.50 LPA
