Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
Experience: 7–10 years as Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Supervisor with a branded hotel chain in India (Veg & Non-Veg menu)
Industry Preference: Veg & Non-Veg Branded Hotel Chains
Salary: $800–$1000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure high-quality food and service standards, and manage a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus in reputed hotel chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Supervise and train staff to maintain service and quality standards.

  • Oversee food preparation, hygiene, and safety compliance.

  • Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities.

  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate with suppliers.
